Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that combines both striking and ground work. It incorporates a mix of disciplines including BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling. Opponents learn grappling techniques, stood-up striking, take downs and clinch work. The versatility of the sport makes it very dynamic and effective and requires high levels of stamina and athleticism. Practicing MMA is both challenging and rewarding.
